Yes. We can forward your mail on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis — or as and when you request it. If you need it sooner and can't collect, we can also scan it and email it to you the same day.
Mail scanning is charged at 50p per letter opened, plus 5p per page scanned. If you'd like your mail forwarded, we charge Royal Mail 1st Class postage at cost, plus a 50p handling fee per item. You're also welcome to collect your mail from our office at no charge.

No, you pay in advance and can cancel at any time. If you pay 6 monthly or annually you can earn a discounted rate.
Absolutely. Our address is suitable for both personal and business use. Many of our clients use it to keep their home address private.
Yes — we'll ask for a copy of photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence. You can email it, post it, or bring it to the office in person.
