Complete your ID verification

Before your address can be activated, we need to complete a quick identity check. This is required by UK anti-money laundering regulations.

Managing Your Mail

Optional — you can do this anytime. Choose whether to collect, scan or forward your mail, and add credit for scanning or forwarding if you need it.

Collection — Free

Collect from our office Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm at no charge.

Scanning

50p per letter + 5p per page. PDFs emailed directly to you.

Forwarding

We’ll bundle everything and send it 1st Class Royal Mail + 50p handling charge.
