Address services can only be activated once your ID verification has been completed and approved.
You can complete ID verification at /verify/. This is required before we can activate address services.
Use the mail handling setup page to choose whether you want to collect, scan or forward mail.
We log your mail and email you to let you know when any mail or parcels arrive for you.
Yes. You can collect mail from our Glasgow office during opening hours.
Yes. Mail scanning is available at 50p per letter plus 5p per page.
Yes. Mail forwarding is available at Royal Mail postage plus a 50p handling fee.
